One-to-one, Partner, for one-hour or thirty minutes.  We  have a personal training program that will help you achieve your fitness goals so you can look and feel your best.

Small Group Personal Training:

Enjoy the benefits of safe and effective training coupled with the camraderie of working out with others.  Join an existing group or get three friends and form your own.  Affordable, effective and fun.

  • Indo-Row®: A one-of-a-kind indoor rowing workout perfect for people of all fitness levels.  Indo-Row® provides a transforming total body workout that challenges the body and focuses the mind.  Each class is 60 minutes and includes indo-rowing and intense core work and sculpting.


  • Pilates: Traditional mat based pilates class using small apparatuses to strengthen the power house muscles and lengthen the muscles of the arms & legs.


  • Yoga: Traditional Hatha flow class to connect mind, body and spirit.  Beginners welcome.  

  • Zumba®: Dance away your worries with motivating, high energy music and unique Latin style choreography.
